Owner Terry Huey has been baking cookies all of his life. Along with the help of his son Justin Huey, online manager, they started an online business called Terry's Gourmet Cookies in 2004.

"I think that it is very important for everyone with an online business to realize that just because you are online, does not mean that you can't seek offline marketing," says Justin. "Marketing offline can also help with online sales."
Justin is constantly reviewing their site. He works hard to make it relevant for their customers, who can be from any of the states in the US or members of the US Armed Forces who are abroad. Justin and his father value the ability to sell their cookies to anyone around the country.
"I enjoyed getting that first order from someone in another state with whom I have never spoken or even known," says Justin. |
