Bill Hallman uses his storefront to successfully promote apparel and shoes. He currently operates four online storefronts, so he knows e-commerce very well.

Hallman has found web analytics to be very valuable in tracking where customers are coming from, what inventory they are browsing and how long they stay on the site. Hallman noted that exceptional customer service and outstanding, 24/7 technical support was key in ramping up and sustaining their e-commerce operations.

Trial and error

Hallman says he tried multiple e-commerce solutions before settling on MonsterCommerce. He knew he’d be opening multiple online storefronts. Even now, he continues to add more. He feels that online storefront software has allowed him to increase market visibility for his domains. Hallman has recently expanded sales to both international clients and other states throughout the U.S.
